We collect information you provide directly (such as account registration details, contact form submissions, and support requests), usage data generated when you interact with TaurusX OS (such as agent activity logs, task metadata, and device identifiers), and technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and operating system version.

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve TaurusX OS; to respond to support requests and communications; to enforce our Terms of Service and Guardian safety policies; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and to send product updates and announcements (which you may opt out of at any time).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers acting on our behalf (such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery), with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Our Guardian safety layer provides additional runtime protection for agent operations.
