By accessing or using TaurusX OS, its APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation; to transmit harmful, deceptive, or malicious code; to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or to attempt unauthorised access to any system, network, or data.
3. Agent Operations and Safety
TaurusX OS enables autonomous agent operations. You are responsible for configuring Guardian policies appropriate to your deployment context. TaurusX provides the Guardian safety layer as a best-effort protection mechanism, but you remain solely responsible for the actions of agents you authorise to act on your behalf.
4. Intellectual Property
TaurusX OS, the Guardian system, the TaurusX name and logo, and all related software, documentation, and content are the property of HMG Tech Group. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at security@taurusx.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HMG Tech Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
